    My grandmother had a great apple cake and I found this one to be as good if not better, especially when time is shot. Quick and easy with great results, rave reviews and I can almost pass it off as my grandmothers. I always try to keep one on hand.

    MUST HAVE!

    I have to order at least one of Nana's Apple Cake's everytime I order Tastefully Simple! For a family party for 10 people I made 2 of these cakes. There was nothing left!!! The first time I made the cake, I couldn't believe that apples and eggs, would make it moist enough to bake!! SOO GOOD!!

    Debbi made this for Easter dinner and it was sinful. Topped with vanilla ice cream it tasted like a cobbler, Yum!!!!

    I made this for our pie & ice cream social last summer & the ladies enjoyed it. I used apples & pecans. They always ask me if I am making it any time we have a fundraiser. So I need to purchase more.

    Nana's Apple Cake

    Made this cake for Thanksgiving and was asked by family and friends for the recipe and was forced to confess how it was made! I did add a few more apple slices that helped to tone down the "too sweet" factor mentioned in another review~it worked great!

    TOO sweet!

    Cake smells great with apple and cinnamon scent. But when I tasted it, it was way too sweet. I admit to having a sweet tooth, but this was disgusting sweet that I threw the whole thing in the garbage. I found it inedible. When I checked ingredients, of course first listed was sugar. would never try again

    Love it and it is a customer favorite. Question if is seems weighed down or goey in the middle could it be the type of Apple or size of the chopped apple. Any suggested I can pass on to her.
