Pumpkin Raisin Cupcakes

My family absolutely loves these! I don't even frost them, no need.

These were such a hit in my house that I had to make a second batch! I didn't even frost them because they were gone before I had a chance. Great as a breakfast muffin as well.

These were so easy to make and turned out moist and delicious.

My Family loved this recipe! Nana's Apple Cake is always amazing on it's own, but to turn it into a delicious cup cake, this product is so versatile. I advise everyone to try a new recipe with your favorite products; endless possibilities. I made one batch with raisins and 1 batch w/out. I also used Powdered Sugar instead of Cream Cheese Frosting.
