Made this recipe as a side for cooked ham and didn't have Parmesan cheese. Oops! Only used the oil and ranch seasoning and it was still PERFECT and everyone devoured them! We love this recipe and will definitely be making it again. ☺️

Ranch Potatoes
So easy and delicious! Packed with flavor! I didn’t have Parmesan Cheese this time so I used Pecorino Romano cheese. It was delicious but I prefer the Parmesan cheese as the recipe calls for!
