Cut Zucchini and squash into chunks. Toss with oil, Onion Onion™ Seasoning, Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning. Place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 degree for 20 minutes or till vegetables are tender.

You can substitute Roasted Garlic Infused Oil for Oil. Do not use Garlic Garlic seasoning. or use less.

You can substitute Italian Garlic Seasoning for Garlic Garlic Seasoning and Onion Onion Seasoning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A GREAT VERSATILE ROASTED VEGGIE RECIPE This is a great recipe just the way it is written but I add mushrooms,sweet red pepper, and onions, a little 21 Salute Seasonings (Trader Joe's version of Mrs. Dash but much tastier),and Goya Adobo lite. The rest of the recipe remains the same.
