Shanghai Sesame Wraps Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3-4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (10 ounce) package broccoli slaw
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 extra-large flour tortilla wraps
  • Wonton salad topping strips, optional


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together first 2 ingredients.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients; toss to coat.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas; top with wonton strips, if desired. Roll up burrito-style, and slice in half.

Makes 6 servings.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with mandarin oranges, fresh fruit or kettle chips.
