Spinach & Herb Bites

These were really good and very easy to make. So many variations.... only complaint is beer bread is crumbly, so it's hard to cut into perfect squares

I love to take this to a get together or potluck. It is quick and easy to make and we never have any left overs.

I have made this many times for different events. The Bountiful Beer Bread gives it just the most flavorful taste. I scale back on the onion onion to 2 teaspoons. You can also add cauliflower and carrots to make a more traditional veggie pizza type appetizer
