LoCarbChallenge 5 Lo Carb Meatloaf My family was skeptical of this recipe but willing to try. Even my youngest grand child gave it a thumbs up. I usually have to ale two meat loaves when feeding my extended family of 7 but this one loaf was enough. Great for Sunday dinner
