Tikka Chicken is my new favorite recipe!

I actually make this in the skillet and it works out just fine too! I have used chicken breast & canned chicken. I'll post both photos! Its doesn't have too much heat.....in fact I add more :)

    Easy and delicious curry dish

We never used curry before, so this was a total new flavor for my family. Kids and Hubby loved it. Pretty quick to throw everything together which was an added bonus

    Outstanding !!

This recipe is a pleasant surprise. I was enticed by all the positive reviews to give it a try and well, it did not disappoint. Will definitely be making this again and love that it can be made ahead and frozen.

Was scared to introduce curry to my kids... But this ended up being one of their favorite meals and we make it frequently. Thanks TS for introducing curry to my kids.

My family loved this! I saw the picture and thought it looked yummy so I tried it. My family loved it. My son had a girl from India as a classmate and her family brought a dish that tasted just like this that she called Butter Chicken.

    FlavorFULL

This was a fantastic dish!!! The curry flavor was perfect & I loved the slight zip that the fiesta provided. Mixing it all together with the chicken rather than pouring it over the top is probably key in making it taste so delicious. I used about 1 1/2 lbs. of chicken to make enough for lunch leftovers & kept everything else the same aside from the addition of salt. This would really be great with any chicken pieces you had on hand. If you chose to use skin-on chicken I would lightly season & brown it first. We were highly impressed by the flavor of this dish & how truly simple it was! I served it with jasmine rice & seasoned broccoli.

    Wonderful, EASY Indian Dish!

I've been serving this to our family for over a year now and it always is a hit! My daughter takes the leftovers to school for lunch the following day and her friends like it as well. It is wonderful served over basmati rice.
