    No real flavor

    I bought 2 jars of this sweet pepper jalapeño jam. I didn’t care for it. When it’s at room temp, you can taste the peppers, but there was no jalapeño spiciness or anything, it was just like a bell pepper taste. There was also no sweetness or anything. And if you put it on top of cream cheese, that pepper taste goes away. If the jam is cold to begin with, there’s no flavor at all, with out without the cream cheese. Maybe I got 2 bad, bland jars? Maybe if you heat up the cream cheese and jam mix it would be better? I’m not sure because I kind of gave up on it having any flavor. If you want to buy this, don’t expect any sweetness or spiciness from the jalapeños. From Tastefully Simple: We are sorry to hear this!     I have been buying it for years.

    I have been fine this for years when it first started coming out then I had to wait for the seasonal to come out. It’s worth every penny I use it by 4 to 5 jars at a time, but I haven’t bought it lately. I love it for the holidays to make appetizers with it turns out really good, I have to get it again soon

    Not as good as I expected

    I served this over cream cheese. It was too watery and sweet. It did’t have a kick to it at all. Very disappointing !     We love this jam. We use in on bagels, english muffins, or just as a spread on crackers. For me it is not hot or spicy & that is great. I originally thought it might be by the jalapeno jam name. I've purchased it for years now

    Very good but a little too sweet and could use a little more heat. Perfect when I add some chopped jalapenos.
