You’ve likely enjoyed them in ice cream and now you can experience that nostalgic flavor combination in a tasty cheesecake bar. In an 8x8-inch pan, you’ll bake up a simple chocolate cookie crust and then top it with swirls of vanilla and strawberry cheesecake for a fun tasty treat. If a classic baked cheesecake is more your style, you’ll find instructions for a baked cheesecake on the box too. Garnish with fresh strawberries or chocolate shavings before serving or take it up a notch with extra mix-ins like chocolate chips or mini marshmallows. Kosher. Serves 8. (12 oz.) How to Make Neapolitan Swirl Cheesecake

Make Neapolitan Swirl Cheesecake

Directions

1 packet Neapolitan Swirl Cheesecake Mix
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¼ cup water

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine Packet 1 and butter; mix until small crumbles form. Press firmly and evenly into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. 2. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 2 minutes.
  2. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 2 minutes.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese and water until smooth. Reserve ½ cup mixture. Add Packet 2 to bowl and mix until combined. Pour filling over slightly cooled chocolate crust. Dollop reserved cream cheese mixture on top of filling. Swirl with a spoon.
  4. Place pan in refrigerator to cool and set for at least 2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.

For a Baked Cheesecake
Prepare as directed through step 4. Bake at 325°F for 35-38 minutes or until center is slightly wobbly when gently shaken. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until completely cooled before cutting. Keep refrigerated.
