These cookies are amazing! The rich almond flavor with the sweet strawberry rhubarb spread is a combination you won't be able to limit to just one or two. I used the back of a measuring spoon to make the indent then filled using the same spoon so that the indent was even and perfectly filled. Would highly recommend this recipe.

I made these according to the recipe and they tasted great, but on my second batch, I baked them on parchment paper and only cooked them for 12 minutes. My first batch was burnt on the bottoms, so this definitely helped them to be done to perfection! They were a HUGE hit!

I baked these as part of my cookie sampler package and I have come back to buy more pound cake mix as I love these! I cannot get enough of the perfect texture with just a hint of sweetness. These are amazing!

I love these at Christmas but they're just as good in June! I love how much easier this is than an almond sugar cookie and the strawberry rhubarb jam is a perfect topping!

I had these at a friends house and I loved them. I have always been a dip/bread person with TS and have learned so many other ways to use the product. I love the almond pound cake and knowing I can make these scrumptious little cookies just makes me smile.
