    My Family's Favorite

When I first made this, my husband and daughter actually wanted it again the following night, and asked me to double the recipe! We have had this as wraps, as a salad, and over rice! It's amazing every way! Definitely a keeper that we will make time and time again!

Yay, another meal that my whole family likes!

Made these with coleslaw mix instead of the lettuce and my whole family loved them! I made mine as a salad but the rest of my family wrapped theirs in a tortilla. Will definitely be making these again!

    So easy!

I made these delicious wraps with some left-over rotisserie chicken and oh my gosh....they were so delicious! I will definitely be making these again soon and I love the idea of making a double batch and packing them in lunches the next day!

    Perfect for Lunches too!!!

My husband wanted a fresh lunch idea rather than buying lunch. I whipped up a batch of these and packed in his lunch for the next day. Absolutely filling, flavorful, fresh spin on a wrap, and lunch or dinner on-the-go option for families w busy sports it active schedules!

fix it fast at it's best

This recipe took me around 20 minutes for a quick, easy, kid pleasing lunch for my family. We liked it so much, we will make a double batch as everyone had seconds and requested it in their lunches this week.

    Fast and tasty!

So I went with what I had in my kitchen, adding red pepper and coleslaw mix, these were really tasty and cooked up super fast. I also think it would be good as a salad - doesn't need to be in a wrap. My husband loved them, too, no leftovers!
