Asian Meatloaf in the Slow Cooker

I’ve made this several times & it’s always delicious. I actually used Bayou Bourbon the first time .

I’m not a big meatloaf fan but I wanted to try this new slow cooker recipe! I really enjoyed the flavor and as you can see we sautéed up extra mushrooms as a side for this one. I would have liked more gravy/sauce for it but the flavor was yummy! It also smelled delicious while cooking away in the crockpot.

I used the alternative instructions and baked the meatloaf and served with mashed potatoes. My family loved it, no leftovers, and it made the "make again" list. This one is a keeper!
