S'mores Campfire Cake

Ingredients

1 package Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- 4 sheets graham crackers, roughly crumbled
- 5 full-size chocolate candy bars, broken into squares
- 3 cups jumbo marshmallows
Directions
1. Prepare Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix according to package directions using water and butter. Cool completely. Cut cake into 24 (1½-inch) cubes.
2. Preheat grill to medium, or place grate over hot coals. Place cake cubes in a 10-or 12-inch cast iron skillet or large Dutch oven. Mix in crumbled graham crackers.
3. Top with chocolate squares and marshmallows. Close grill, or if heating on grate over coals, cover with lid or greased foil.
4. Cook until marshmallows are lightly golden, about 5-10 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.
Makes 12 servings.
Tip: May also be baked at 350°F for 10 minutes and broiled 1-2 additional minutes until marshmallows are toasted.
