I absolutely loved how easy it was to make this and how easy it was to substitute ingredients out like swiss cheese for mozzarella! And we added panko on top for a nice crunch! The picture below is just what my husband and myself ate in one sitting! Oh and the leftovers are just as good too! :D

Delicious!!!
This was a hit for everyone in my family. Even my picky eater loved it. I used shredded chicken. I think the next time I make this I'm going to add green chili for a twist!!!

Perfect for a last minute meal
