Serve it tonight: Preheat oven to 425°. Combine first 3 ingredients; rub into tenderloins, coating evenly. Place in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 20-30 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle, brushing with half the grill sauce after 10 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes; brush with remaining sauce before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
Serve it later: Season uncooked meat as directed. Place in a large resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely before roasting as directed above. Serve with additional Cherry Zinfandel Grill Sauce.
