Cherry Zinfandel Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Serve it tonight: Preheat oven to 425°. Combine first 3 ingredients; rub into tenderloins, coating evenly. Place in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 20-30 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle, brushing with half the grill sauce after 10 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes; brush with remaining sauce before slicing. Makes 6 servings. Serve it later: Season uncooked meat as directed. Place in a large resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely before roasting as directed above. Serve with additional Cherry Zinfandel Grill Sauce. Suggested sides: Garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Pork Loon I try new recipes often and after I do, they either get put in the not again pile or the repeat favorite pile. This one is a repeat favorite for sure. Take time to apply the seasonings (especially the rosemary) before grilling. It adds another layer of flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious seasoning. Not too sweet, savory. I had a friend over and two other family members along with my family of 5 and lets just say there was nothing left. Only thought is to mix a little of sauce with seasonings at beginning of baking so they are hydrated and some of sauce is on meat the whole time. Definitely, making again. Quick and easy.

Nothing easier than pulling it from the freezer to thaw and coming home from a busy day at the pool to prepare! Delicious flavor and moist! We added more sauce to serve and it was a huge hit. Will definitely make again (and stock up on this sauce before it goes away.)
