ingredients

  • 2 - 2½ lbs. rib eye or top sirloin beef steak
  • 1 packet Greek Herb Beer Marinade Mix™
  • ½ cup beer
  • ½ cup sliced green olives, drained
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)

Assembly instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness. Top steak with green olives and a dollop of plain Greek yogurt. Makes 6 servings.
