Strawberry Lemonade Bar Mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, divided
½ cup 2% milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine Packet 1 and 4 ounces cream cheese. Slowly add milk while vigorously mixing. Set aside.

  2. In another medium bowl, combine Packet 2 and remaining 4 ounces cream cheese. Fold into batter; do not overmix.

  3. Pour batter into greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Cool completely before serving. Refrigerate bars, covered, within 2 hours of baking. Makes about 9 servings.

*High Altitude: Bake at 350°F for 27 minutes.
Do not eat raw batter.

    Changed add-in and it’s a winner

    Followed the box instructions the 1st time I made these and was very underwhelmed. Second time I mixed packages 1 & 2 together then replaced cream cheese with vanilla greek yogurt, still adding the milk. Texture and taste was excellent. We usually love their mixes as suggested, but this one took some tweaking.
