  • Balsamic & Basil Appetizer Kabobs: Cheese tortellini, salami, fresh mozzarella, cucumbers and tomatoes on decorative skewers and brushed with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil.
  • Use to sauté cubed chicken breasts. Toss cooked chicken with hot pasta, halved cherry tomatoes and grated cheese.
  • Brush on grilled cheese sandwiches or paninis before grilling.

    SO GOOD!

    Really amps up Caprese Dishes

    We are obsessed with caprese anything this summer and this really kicked up our caprese pasta salad we made the other night. Very flavorful!

    Balsamic & basil dipping oil.

    This is great with added parmesan. I think I'll add a little more balsamic to it. This is great for dipping hard rolls or Italian style bread.

    If only it blended better....

    My family and I love the taste, but it just doesn't blend together well. You can shake it up until it looks evenly blended, but when you pour it out, it separates right away and also leaves the heavier ingredients (herbs, spices) in the bottle. We've almost finished the bottle, and the proportion of solids to oil and vinegar is way off. So, as a dipping oil, not so successful. But it's good as a basting sauce; you can mix it up with a brush and spread it evenly on chicken. If they could find a way to make the ingredients blend better or put it in a different kind of bottle to dispense it better, it would be a 5-star item for sure!

    loved the Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil

    Our neighbor brought over homemade bread and we knew that this called for dipping oil. Opened your newly purchased oil and fell in love! Great taste! We will be re-ordering when this bottle gets closer to empty.

    Weak flavor

    Not enough balsalmic vinegar for me, never tried it before. Probably wont get it again...but really like other products I've received
