1 package Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
1 cup water
¾ cup butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 325˚F. In a large bowl, combine ingredients; blend well. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy. Spread batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. Cool completely; remove from pan and slice.
Makes about 11 servings.
High Altitude: Increase water by 2 tablespoons and add ⅓ cup flour.
Do not eat raw batter.
