Cranberry Orange Cake Mix
6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
¾ cup + 1/3 cup water, divided
2 large eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine Packet 1 and butter; mix until small crumbles form. Reserve ¼ cup crumbles. Add ¾ cup water and eggs to remaining crumbles; stir to combine. Batter will be lumpy. Spread batter evenly into greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In small bowl, combine Packet 2 and remaining cup water; stir to combine. Drizzle evenly over cake batter. Swirl through with a knife. Top with reserved crumbles.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
Do not eat raw batter.
