Julie joined Tastefully Simple in July 2019. As Vice President of Marketing, she leads the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, oversees marketing research and champions the company’s web and e-commerce programs.
Julie has over 25 years of experience in marketing, user experience and technology at companies like Scentsy, Amazon, Microsoft and HP. Her most recent experience includes leading digital marketing and innovation efforts for the direct-sales company Scentsy, earning awards for her innovation, and serving as chief reinvention officer for the state of North Dakota. Julie holds a master's degree from Western Governors University and a bachelor of science degree in mass communications from the Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Julie, her husband Jesse and their four children enjoy spending time in nature or with their four fur babies (two dogs and two cats).
