  • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups Creating Magic Pulled Pork
  • 1 (10 ounce) package power blend superfood slaw mix or broccoli slaw mix
  • 18 (4-inch) mini corn or flour tortillas, warmed
  • ½ cup crumbled Mexican queso fresco cheese
  • ½ cup French fried onions, toasted

This recipe requires Creating Magic Pulled Pork recipe.

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Creating Magic Pulled Pork. Cook, turning occasionally, until crispy browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss superfood slaw mix and Vidalia Onion Dressing together. Set aside.
  3. Place pork in warmed tortillas. Top with superfood slaw, cheese and French fried onions.
Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Place Creating Magic Pulled Pork in a quart freezer bag. Place Bayou Bourbon Glaze in a quart freezer bag. Place tortillas in a quart freezer bag. Place all bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
