- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Creating Magic Pulled Pork. Cook, turning occasionally, until crispy browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss superfood slaw mix and Vidalia Onion Dressing together. Set aside.
- Place pork in warmed tortillas. Top with superfood slaw, cheese and French fried onions.
