  • 12 ounces chopped Romaine salad
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled or cooked as desired, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced or diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ¾ cup wonton strips salad topping
  • ¼ cup cashew halves & pieces


  1. Divide Romaine among 4 dinner plates.
  2. Top with chicken, peppers, oranges, onions, wonton strips and cashews.
  3. Drizzle with Shanghai Sesame Sauce.
