Simply Southwest Egg Rolls

This has become a family favorite. Don't forget to add the Wahoo! Chili dip.

These are a staple for parties in our house! They were a hit by all!

My friends and family love it when I make these delicious egg rolls. I make them at home, then place on a cookie sheet and take to a friend's home. Place them in the oven to re-heat and they are delicious! You better eat one before they are gone!!! I always make a double batch!

Make with wonton wrappers for easy appetizers too!

My friends and family look forward to these eggrolls and I always make a double batch. I fry them up ahead of time, put them on a cookie sheet. Just before the guests arrive, I put them in the oven, cut them in half and service with prepared Fiesta Party Dip Mix. There is not one left by the end of the night.

My husband eats the entire platter! I have made these several times for last minute parties and everyone raves about them.
