Combine first 4 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely. Place in a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until fork tender. Remove pork and liquid; shred meat with 2 forks; return meat to slow cooker along with desired amount of liquid until ready to serve. You can also make this in a 325° oven, bake 3-4 hours or until fork tender. Fill buns with pork. Makes about 6 servings.
