Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix Recipe

2 tablespoons Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese if desired.

Makes about ¼ cup pesto.

    Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Sauce mix

    I love pesto so I was excited to try this! I thought it would make a good substitute for the sauce on a pizza, so I mixed up a batch as per directions on the bottle and added Red bell pepper and some dabs of cream cheese to the pizza. Not bad for a test, maybe next time I will try it in a pasta salad. On the downside, most recipes on the website called for additional seasoning I did not have.

    Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto...loved it

    As I am not a gourmet in the kitchen...every little bit helps! I used this seasoning on penne...mixed with a little extra olive oil and addl cheese sprinkled. It made for a delicious seasoning taste...enjoyed by both of us. I recommend.

    I tried it in spaghetti sauce added extra flavor. Going to try it on garlic bread.

    Use these spices on everything!

    The Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto mix goes into my eggs, stir fries, salad dressings, and on all kinds of beef, fish and chicken. My only complaint is that it needs to come in a larger size because I use it so often!

    Awesome product.

    I bought this because I love pesto pizza with fresh mozzarella, broccoli, and chicken, so I figured this would be a great product to try instead of buying the pesto in a jar at the store. I prepared it as directed. It was a little dry when I took it out of the microwave, so I added a small splash of olive oil and it was perfect. Thankfully my order came in on a Tuesday so I had my mom as my guinea pig the next day and she loved the pizza just like I did.
