Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix Recipe

2 tablespoons Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese if desired.

Makes about ¼ cup pesto.

    I use this to add to a rub for roast. I also use it as a base for a dip. You can add avocado with sour cream and roasted peppers. Can b used so many ways.

    Boil turkey or chicken carcass with celery, onions, garlic, carrots. Strain. Add 2-3 capfuls. Boil. Add a good noodle. Wonderful soup.
