Easter Morning Muffins Recipe
These muffins go great with Easter breakfast, brunch or dinner!
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine packet 1 with water; blend well. Divide batter evenly among 12 paper liners or greased muffin cups. Combine packet 2, butter, and flour; blend well. Mixture will be a little crumbly; crumble on tops of each muffin. Bake 16-18 minutes; serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
