1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons soy sauce or gluten-free
tamari sauce
1 packet Onion Onion™ Seasoning
1 packet Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
3½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
1½ pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
1 packet Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
1. In a gallon freezer bag, combine first 5 ingredients and 1½ tablespoons oil. Seal well and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Place chicken on onehalf of baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons oil. Toss to coat. Place on second half of baking sheet.
4. Bake until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, and potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
