1 tablespoon olive oil
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts,
cubed
1 packet Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 (12 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 cup 2% milk
1 packet Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
12 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked
Shredded Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon,
chopped tomatoes, optional
1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and Garlic Pepper Seasoning to skillet; sauté 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli; continue sauteing until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender, about 4-6 minutes.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, milk and Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
3. Serve pasta topped with chicken, broccoli and sauce. Garnish with Parmesan, bacon and tomatoes, if desired.
