  • For cupcakes, bake in greased muffin pans at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 12 cupcakes.

  • Prepare cake using 1 cup water and ½ cup of our Avocado Oil. Bake at 325°F for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

1 package Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix
1 cup water
¾ cup butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 325˚F. In a large bowl, combine ingredients; blend well. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy.

2. Spread batter in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3. Cool completely.

Makes about 10 servings.

High Altitude: Increase water by 2 tablespoons and add ⅓ cup flour. Bake at 325˚F for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Do not eat raw batter.

    I have used Tastefully Simple for years and I have to say that this Almond Pound Cake is my all time favorite! From just plain or adding strawberries and cool whip.. You can't lose with this!!

    Heavenly pound cake!

    I have made this pound cake several times and it is always a big hit! Deliciously buttery moist and dense it is absolutely perfect. The almond flavor is not over powering but just lifts the flavor to new heights! I serve it with strawberries or blueberries ( like short cake) with a bit of whipped cream, but seriously, it is so good on its own. Did I mention how easy it is to make? Let them think you slaved over a hot stove… but some melted butter and a little water and your ready to go in the oven. I love pound cake and this is the only way I will make it from now on!
